Q: Could be a silly question, but how does one install this component? I am using Delphi 7.

A: Not a silly question at all. That's why it is described in the DIZipWriter help file, which is part of the package. Please open the file DIZipWriter.chm, read the "Installation" section and follow the steps described there.
